Kuang Hui has over 11 years of experience in the audit and financial consulting services, serving 8 years with the legacy Arthur Andersen, providing audit and financial consulting services to a broad range of clients which include financial institutions and technology, manufacturing, trading, publishing and agricultural companies.
Kuang Hui was also a key member in Arthur Andersen's Financial Markets Group. His financial services clients include fund managers, security brokers, commercial banks and other financial institutions.
As the Managing Partner of the Singapore CPA practice of Horwath First Trust, Kuang Hui is particularly well-versed in PRC business, accounting and tax matters.
Highlights of Kuang Hui's experience include:
- The restructuring and subsequent listing of various companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
- Leading a team to perform due diligence reviews in connection with proposed acquisition of companies in China and Singapore.
