Mr Tay is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Horwath First Trust. Mr Tay is also an Independent Director of several public companies listed on the SGX Mainboard and Sesdaq. He is the Senior Advisor to the Government of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province of the People's Republic of China. He also sits on several committees, including a sub-committee of the Singapore Institute of Directors, the Complaints and Disciplinary Panel – Public Accountants Oversight Committee and Standing Law Review Focus Group, both of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.

Kuang Hui is the founder and managing partner of our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) practice. He has over 11 years of experience in the audit and financial consulting services, serving 8 years with the legacy Arthur Andersen Singapore, providing audit and financial consulting services to a broad range clients including financial institutions, technology, manufacturing and trading, publishing and agricultural companies.

Alfred is the co-founder and executive director of our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) practice. He has over 12 years of experience in the audit and financial consulting services, serving 6 years at the legacy Arthur Andersen Singapore. Alfred also has extensive experience in commercial financial management having served as a Regional Finance Manager at a premium international legal firm and as the Financial Controller of a public listed company in Singapore.
